Vendor applications
We collect the business and contact details you choose to submit, relevant registration identifiers, product/service categories and supporting documents to review supplier capabilities and contact you about the application. These records are not a public vendor directory. Registration is not an order or approval. Do not submit bank details, Aadhaar or unrelated identity documents.
Email verification and application tracking
Verification codes confirm access to the supplied email inbox only. They are short-lived and bound to the requesting browser. Application status is available only when the reference and registered email match and verification succeeds. Internal notes, CVs and supporting documents are not part of public status tracking.
Client Portal
Accounts are created by invitation. Login credentials are stored as password hashes. Clients can access only their assigned documents and project information. Account access may be revoked by the company. There is no vendor login, billing or payment collection in this portal.
Retention and service providers
Vendor applications are retained for up to 180 days under the configured cleanup policy; unverified submissions are eligible for deletion after one day. Expired verification records are eligible for cleanup after a further day. Cleanup requires the administrator's scheduled task. Client records remain subject to the business relationship and applicable record-keeping needs. Backups have a separate retention policy.
Hosting and email providers process data to operate these services. Optional analytics does not run on the protected forms, client portal or tracking pages. Verification does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
